Travis Kelce had fun with Jameis Winston's comments about the controversy at the end of Sunday's game between the Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints, but he also admitted it's not something that should have happened.

On the latest episode of the New Heights podcast (starts at 1:02:30 mark), presented by Wave Sports + Entertainment, Kelce called Winston's comments afterward "so great" as he acknowledged you "can't f--king do it."

The New Orleans offense lined up in victory formation with a 41-17 lead from the Falcons' one-yard line after a 74-yard interception return by Tyrann Mathieu.

Rather than take the knee to run out the clock, Winston turned around and handed the ball off to Jamaal Williams for a touchdown.

This resulted in a heated exchange on the field between Arthur Smith and Dennis Allen, who apologized during his postgame press conference.

Winston told reporters Allen didn't call the play and "didn't condone that at all," but the players in the huddle "decided as a team to do it" to get Williams his first touchdown of the season.

Williams signed a three-year contract with the Saints last offseason. He was coming off a 2022 season with the Detroit Lions in which he led the NFL with 17 rushing touchdowns, four more than he had in his first four seasons combined.

A hamstring injury limited Williams' playing time throughout the season. He only had 106 attempts for 306 yards and almost went the entire year without getting a touchdown, but Winston's decision to go rogue got him into the end zone.
