Ravishing River! Kelly Clarkson introduced her daughter River Rose just eight days after her arrival via Twitter on Friday, June 20.

“Here is our beautiful baby girl River Rose; 6lbs 6oz, 18 inches, and the greatest thing on the planet,” the 32-year-old gushed.

In the snapshot, Clarkson’s baby girl is sweetly sleeping in a red carriage with rose detail, a nod to the little one’s middle name. She’s wrapped up in white blankets and is wearing a white headband with a yellow flower. The professional photo shoot was taken in front of what appears to be an idyllic home.

The “Stronger” singer and husband Brandon Blackstock, 37, welcomed River Rose earlier this month. “Our baby girl River Rose Blackstock arrived on June 12th!” Clarkson tweeted on June 14. “Thank you everyone for all of your well wishes! Brandon and I are on cloud 9!!”

This is the first child for the newly married couple, who tied the knot last October. Talent manager Blackstock (whose stepmother is Reba McEntire) is already dad to daughter Savannah, 11, and son Seth, 7, from a previous marriage.
